After completing the service request form, we will receive it, process it and take steps to fix the damage to the device in order of priority

Service process

  • we receive a completed Service application form;
  • examine and process;
  • we contact you within the next 2 working days to agree on the execution of the service;
  • if necessary, we order spare parts;
  • if necessary, we send you service technicians who will arrive as soon as possible;
