Chemical products manufacturer CrossChem has introduced a customer loyalty programme for the company’s mobile application users. It was developed in cooperation with the fuel retail company KOOL Latvija.
“CrossChem’s mobile application allows customers to purchase the Company’s and CrossChem Partner products with significant discounts, for example, fuel has a fixed discount of 0.10 euros/litre. Soon, many more well-known companies in Latvia will join the CrossChem Partner circle. It will allow every user of the CrossChem application to receive benefits and save money on daily purchases,” says Ričards Anderson, chairman of the CrossChem board.
“We are pleased to start cooperation with CrossChem and provide excellent service, high-quality fuel, and the best store offers in the wide network of KOOL gas stations. We will be happy to meet every CrossChem customer each day,” says Sandis Šteins, member of the board of SIA KOOL Latvija.
To access special offers, search for “CrossChem” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Market, download it to your smartphone, and identify yourself as a member of the CrossChem loyalty programme by presenting your unique customer code (QR or barcode) every time you purchase goods from CrossChem or CrossChem Partners. The code that will be assigned to you is received when registering witin the application. The entire registration process will take no more than 2 minutes.
