Latvian chemical products manufacturer SIA “CrossChem” generated EBITDA of EUR 0.84 million in the first six months of 2026, representing a 3% decrease compared to the corresponding period of 2025. Gross profit remained broadly unchanged at EUR 1.79 million, down 0.5% year-on-year. Revenue for the period decreased by 27.6% year-on-year to EUR 6.7 million.

The Company continues to implement its long-term development strategy, focusing on expanding its product and service portfolio, modernising work processes, and strengthening its presence in international markets.
As of 30 June 2026, CrossChem’s equity reached EUR 5.7 million, compared to EUR 5.5 million as of 30 June 2025, while total assets amounted to EUR 18.4 million. The increase in equity reflects the company’s stable financial position.
Going forward, CrossChem plans to expand its product range, automate work processes, and strengthen its operations in Latvia and international markets.

The Company continues to manage financial risks, including exposure to fluctuations in foreign exchange and interest rates, while systematically monitoring receivables.
Prior guidance for 2026, ie. revenues of EUR 25-30 million and EBITDA margin levels of 6-7% are retained, while continuing to invest in operational efficiency, process development, and long-term competitiveness.
