Latvian chemical product manufacturer SIA CrossChem, continuing its targeted development strategy, announces the successful implementation of the company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system Odoo, investing more than EUR 200,000 in the digitalization and automation of company processes. The project is being implemented with the co-financing of “Attīstības finanšu institūcija Altum” AS, within the European Union Recovery Fund with the support of #NextGenerationEU. The new system will be fully operational in January 2026, providing a stable foundation for further growth and international competitiveness.

The project is being implemented according to plan by 30 December 2025, with EUR 70,315 of the total costs covered by a capital discount. The Odoo system integrates and automates all main company processes, from production and warehouse management to sales, accounting, and customer relationship management (CRM).
Automation will ensure smoother document flow and more efficient logistics planning, guaranteeing faster and more accurate service for clients. Odoo, as a globally recognised and modular system, provides the necessary flexibility to support the Company’s strategic goal of expanding its chemical product portfolio and entering new markets.
The completion of the Odoo implementation closely aligns with the Cmpany’s strong financial performance. In the first half of 2025, CrossChem achieved turnover of EUR 9.2 million, maintaining a solid EBITDA result of EUR 869 thousand.
