CrossChem receives Green Excellence Award

Today, at a special award ceremony CrossChem received the Green Excellence Award 2022 in the Chemical Industry category. This is the highest recognition of the environmental sector, awarded by the State Environmental Service (SES) after assessing the company’s development, cooperation with society, and compliance with environmental requirements. 

Green Excellence Award is the environmental industry’s recognition of significant achievements and contributions to the environment – CrossChem contributes to improving the environment by producing products that help reduce pollution and air quality impacts from the transport sector. In addition, the company packages its products in recyclable packaging that is reused. This CrossChem refilling initiative has enabled tens of thousands of customers to be involved in the process of preserving the environment. The company’s product portfolio is broad – in addition to AdBlue®, CrossChem also produces windscreen fluids, antifreeze, heat transfer fluids, fertilizers, disinfectants, anti-friction additives, and AUS40, a special formulation of AdBlue® for ships.

This year, the Green Excellence Award has been given to the most outstanding environmentalists in 11 nominations – those companies that are taking active steps to address the environmental risks of their operations, implementing measures to move towards a circular economy, and investing resources in raising the environmental awareness of their employees. This is the seventh year that SES has presented the awards.
