CrossChem Norwegian plant receives VDA certification

CrossChem Group’s company in Norway scores 98.4% in the prestigious accreditation of the German automotive industry association VDA (Verband der Automobilindustrie), and is accredited for the production of AdBlue®.

“VDA audit records the team’s performance and evaluates its professionalism. The CrossChem team has accumulated knowledge over many years that allows us to reach a result close to the maximum possible rating. The audit confirms that we are operating at the highest level in the chemical industry alongside companies such as BASF, YARA, ACHEMA. We are proud that once again the Latvian team has done an outstanding job and has expanded the global presence of Latvian company,” says Ričards Andersons, Chairman of the Management Board of CrossChem.

The plant, which opened in June, is located near the capital Oslo and almost EUR 1 million have been invested in its construction and infrastructure. The plant will be able to produce 25 million litres of product a year.
